The full form of ADHD is Attention deficit difficulty hyperactivity disorder. Its an chronic condition attention Difficulty, hyperactivity and impulsiveness.
Basically it’s a behavioral condition that makes focusing on everyday requests and routines challenging. People with ADHD typically have trouble getting organized, staying focused, making realistic plans and thinking before acting.
This issue begins in early childhood only and can persist into adulthood. It may contribute to low self esteem, troubled relationships and difficulty at school or work.

How to treat ADHD?
The treatment of ADHD is done through two methods :-
- Cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)
This involves self instructional training administered in a group or individual basis, to help individual with ADHD to develop a more planned and reflective approach to thinking and behaving, including social interactions.
- Anger management
Managing the anger is quite necessary to evade this disease. Very often a person suffering from ADHD will get angry, shout etc. Then minutes later they feel better and continue with day.
Stimulant therapy is quite effective in treating disease of ADHD. The stimulants are an effective way of managing ADHD symptoms such as short attention span, impulsive behavior and hyperactivity. They may be used alone or in combination with behavior therapy.
- Anti hyperactivity drug
Some drugs normally taken for high blood pressure may help in controlling symptoms of disorder. They also can help lower some of the side effects of stimulant meds, especially Sleeplessness and aggressive behavior.
